You would be a good candidate if:
• You’re experienced in machining an assortment of materials. We machine parts from many different metals and plastics. Parts as small as .100” x .100” x .100”. Parts as large as 6” x 30” x 50”. We machine loose tolerance parts as well as parts requiring critical care and measurement.
• You’re experienced in off-line programming. We program 100% on PC based software with MasterCAM software.
• You’re willing to change and open to new ideas. We are always looking to come up with cost and time saving measures in everything we do. We are driven to find new ways to do anything/everything we touch. Our customers are very pleased when we can come up with cost savings for them. Additionally, our customers are tickled when we give them something they couldn’t get done economically anywhere else.
• You’re flexible with your daily hours and weekly hours. Overtime is available. If you don’t like overtime, we can generally accommodate. If you want overtime, it’s usually available.
• You're able to take direction and constructive criticism, and also are able to make decisions on your own, taking into account many variables.

• We work with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Minor experience with these programs is beneficial.
• $60,000 + possible.
